Our scheduling coordinator reviews every appointment request during regular office hours and typically responds within 24 hours, often much sooner. We'll call or email you to confirm the exact date and time, and to answer any preliminary questions you may have before your visit.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so we can offer that time to another patient. You can make changes by calling our office directly; our team is always happy to help find an alternate time that works better for you.
